πŸ”₯ Painful Corn on a Hardworking Tradie’s Foot πŸ”₯ This painful corn sits under the base of the fifth metatarsal (the outside of the foot) and is caused by repeated pressure and friction. Left untreated, it can become incredibly painful and make every step at work uncomfortable. We carefully remove the corn every 8–10 weeks to relieve the pressure and reduce the pain. We also smooth away the surrounding dry, hard skin and recommend using a quality urea-based moisturiser to keep the skin healthy between visits. To help stop it coming back, it’s important to reduce the pressure that’s causing it. That means wearing a wide, supportive work boot with a supportive orthotic insole to cushion the foot, improve foot function, and spread pressure more evenly across the sole. If you’re dealing with painful corns, calluses, or sore feet after a long day on the tools, don’t just put up with itβ€”get the pressure treated. πŸ‘‰ Learn more: https://ergonx.com.au #CornRemoval #TradieLife #FootPainRelief #WorkBoots #Ergonx
