Flat Feet at work? Here’s Why Your Feet Ache… A lot of people think flat feet are “bad feet.” But that’s not really the problem. The issue is that when your feet roll in too far, the muscles, joints, and ligaments in your feet have to work overtime every step you take. Over a full workday, that extra strain adds up — leading to aching feet, sore arches, and tired legs. In the podiatry clinic, we usually focus on two simple things: 1️⃣ Support the foot properly — an arch support work boot like the ERGONX Helium work boots helps hold the foot in a better position so the muscles don’t have to work as hard. 2️⃣ Stretch the calf muscles — we recommend doing this as part of a warm-up and warm-down routine for work to reduce strain on the feet. If you want the routine we use with patients, you can download the Warm Up for Work exercise sheet. 👉 Visit: https://ergonx.com.au Or Google “Warm Up for Work Ergonomics” to find the download. If your flat feet are causing sore feet at work, supporting your feet and preparing them for the workday can make a big difference. #FlatFeet #FootPain #WorkBoots #ArchSupport #ERGONX
