“How long do your work boots last?” 👷‍♂️ It’s one of the most common questions we get—and the honest answer is… it depends on how much you use them. Think of your work boots like car tyres 🚗 The more kilometres you put through them, the faster they wear out. As a general guide: • If you’re doing ~10,000 steps a day • You’ll usually get around 6–12 months out of your boots • That’s roughly ~1,000km of work After that, the midsole starts to compress… And once that happens, your boots aren’t supporting and cushioning your feet like they should. Here’s what to look for 👇 • Are your boots getting old? • Is the tread worn down? • Are they more worn on one side (usually the inside)? That inside wear is a big sign your feet are rolling in too much—and your boots aren’t controlling it anymore. If you’re starting to get foot pain, one of the first things we check is your boots. Sometimes, simply changing your boots can make a massive difference. If you want proper support and cushioning across your workday… Get across to ERGONX and check out our podiatrist-designed arch support work boots 👇 https://ergonx.com.au/collections/work-boots #ergonx #workboots #footpain #heelpain #plantarfasciitis
