Watching this corn and callus being removed from the tip of the third toe 👣 These are usually

Watching this corn and callus being removed from the tip of the third toe 👣 These are usually caused by: • Work boots that are too short • Insoles that are worn out • Gripping through the toes all day Most of the time—it’s a combination of all three. In this case, we’re carefully removing the callus and reducing the corn without causing too much bleeding. The concern here is that it’s already starting to break down slightly… and if left too long, these can ulcerate. That’s why we’ll be reviewing this again in 4–6 weeks to keep it under control and prevent it from getting worse. If you’re getting pressure on the tips of your toes, it’s a red flag 🚨 Your boots might not be the right fit—or they’re not doing their job anymore. Check your work boots. Make sure they’re the right length. Make sure your insoles aren’t worn out. If you want to support and cushion your feet properly across the workday, get across to ERGONX and check out our podiatrist-designed arch support work boots. 👉 https://ergonx.com.au/collections/work-boots #workboots #footpain #podiatry #cornremoval #callusremoval
