These have been wonderful! My feet usually start hurting within an hour of standing. I have overpronation and plantar fasciitis. I recently purchased a pair of Ergonx Black Helium Safety Boots for Fire/EMS duty boots. Flat feet are something I've dealt with throughout life and the Ergonx boot feels great. The material seems like good quality, I appreciate the quality side zipper. The orthotic rival my custom orthotics I usually wear in shoes. Definitely order the size that you get measured in for other shoes. I sized up expecting to need more space but my original size fits much better. The Ergonx Customer Service team was amazing to work with and eliminated any concern I had about buying boots online before trying them on. The exchange process worked well!
