The difference between 2E and 4E comes down to the width of the boot.

A 4E fitting is approximately 3mm wider across the forefoot compared to a 2E. That small increase gives you a bit more room through the front of the boot.

Our boots are already designed to be wide and deep, so the 2E is considered a wide fit as standard.

How to Choose:

  • If you’ve never had issues with boot width before, go with 2E
  • If you’ve found boots too tight across the forefoot, go with 4E
  • If you have a wider foot, choose 4E
  • If your foot is regular width, choose 2E

Across all sizes, the key difference is simple:

4E gives you about 3mm more width through the forefoot.
