Can I wear a safety shoe instead of a boot in a warehouse?

Only if your workplace permits that footwear profile and the exact shoe meets its protection requirements. Compare the Lithium safety shoe separately from full-height boots.

What should I check for a packing-bench shift?

Start with heel hold, comfortable arch contact and enough forefoot room. Compare cushioning, and use the work breaks and movement practices available at your site.

How do I choose between 2E and 4E?

Can I use my own orthotics?

Check the removable footbed, available depth and heel hold with your own insert. Follow your clinician’s fitting instructions rather than automatically stacking inserts.

Where is the zip on Helium boots?

The zip is on the inside of the boot, facing the other foot. Adjust the laces for fit, then use the inside zip to put the boots on and take them off.
