How to size your Full-Length Insoles
Use the removable insole already inside your shoe to find the correct size.
- Remove the existing insole from your shoe.
- Measure it from heel to toe in millimetres.
- Match that measurement to our size guide.
Between sizes? Choose the next size up, then follow the trim-to-fit lines until the insole sits securely inside your shoe.
A proper fit keeps the orthotic arch aligned with your foot and prevents the insole from slipping or sliding.
Tip: Trim a little at a time and check the fit after every cut.
